How much does a video cost?
The standard price for a video is $99. This allows you to use up to 75 photos, which is more than adequate for the majority of videos.
Do you accept credit cards?
Yes. When you click to place your order, you will have the option to pay through Paypal. If you don’t have a Paypal account, you can just use your credit card directly – just look for this link:
How do I order a video?
Click on the “Prices & ordering” tab at the top of the screen and choose your options. Your order can be placed directly from that page.
How do you get the video to me?
When the video is completed, I will send you a link to download it directly to your computer. Then you can share it on Facebook, YouTube or other video sites.
Can I get my video on a DVD?
Yes, this is an option for a small additional fee. If you choose this option, I will send your video on a DVD so that you can play it in your DVD or Blu-Ray player. These videos look amazing on a large screen television!
How do I get my pictures to you?
Once your order is placed, you will receive easy, step by step instructions on how to send me your pictures. It’s just a couple of clicks and I will have everything I need. If you want, you can even email them to me as attached files (though it might take multiple emails to get them all to me). If you only have print photos, you can scan them into your computer, or I can scan them for you for an additional charge.
When will my video be complete?
I shoot for a 3-5 day turnaround time, and it is usually much sooner than that. If you are on a specific deadline, let me know and I will do my best to work with you.
